Who we are
FABA Tech is a mechatronic and kinetic-installation brand operated by PT Fajar Baru Teknik Makmur in Indonesia. For questions about this notice or your information, contact management@faba-tech.com.
Information we collect
- Project enquiry details: name, company, buyer role, phone number, email address, project or venue, location, intended application, project stage, timeline, budget signal, drawing readiness and the requirement you submit.
- Campaign attribution: campaign parameters, search terms, click identifiers, landing page and referring domain, but only when you permit marketing storage.
- Website usage: page and interaction data through Google Analytics, but only when you permit analytics storage.
- Operational and security data: information reasonably required to protect, maintain and troubleshoot the website and form workflow.
How we use information
- Respond to your enquiry and assess whether FABA Tech can support the project.
- Prepare technical discussions, proposals and related project follow-up.
- Operate, secure and improve the website and enquiry workflow.
- Measure campaign and website performance when you have given the relevant consent.
- Meet record-keeping, legal and regulatory obligations that apply to the business.
Cookies and consent choices

Service providers and disclosure
We use providers that help operate the website and process enquiries, including WordPress.com/Automattic and Google services such as Workspace, Sheets, Apps Script and Analytics. Google Ads or Meta services may be used only when those tools are enabled and the applicable consent signal permits them. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a legitimate corporate transaction. We do not sell website enquiry data.
Retention
We keep enquiry and project records only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active commercial relationship, maintain necessary business records and meet legal obligations. Consent and attribution storage use the durations shown above. Provider-side records follow the applicable service configuration and retention settings.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, update or delete personal data associated with your enquiry, or withdraw consent for optional website storage. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for valid legal claims. Email management@faba-tech.com and include enough information for us to identify the relevant record.
Security and updates
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No online system is completely risk-free. We may update this notice when the website, service providers or legal requirements change; the effective date above will identify the latest published version.
