Commercial kinetic engineering

Turn movement into a defining part of the space.

FABA Tech engineers, fabricates, programs and installs bespoke kinetic and mechatronic features for hospitality, retail and commercial environments in Indonesia.

Built for design teams and commercial operators.

We work with architects, interior designers, developers, hospitality and F&B operators, brands, retailers, project contractors and consultants. Bring us an early concept, reference images, drawings or a technical brief.

Kinetic lighting

Moving chandeliers, suspended lighting features and motion-led focal points integrated with the spatial concept.

Product presentation

Conveyors, moving displays and height-adjustable systems designed around products, service flow and visitor experience.

Interactive features

Custom mechatronic installations that combine mechanism, sensors, controls, programming and physical fabrication.

From intent to operating system.

01 · BRIEF

Define the experience

Venue, desired movement, visitor interaction, spatial constraints, stage, timeline and budget signal.

02 · FEASIBILITY

Engineer the movement

Mechanism, controls, materials, installation access, operational risks and maintenance implications.

03 · PROTOTYPE

Test before site

Validate motion, interfaces and control logic at the right level before full fabrication.

04 · BUILD

Fabricate and program

Build the physical system, integrate actuation and controls, and prepare it for the installation sequence.

05 · INTEGRATE

Install and commission

Coordinate with the project team, install on site and verify the intended operating behavior.

06 · SUPPORT

Plan for operation

Define access, operating responsibilities and the maintenance response appropriate to the project.

Proof in operating spaces.

Frequently asked questions

Can FABA Tech join during the early concept stage?

Yes. Reference images and the desired visitor experience are enough to begin an initial feasibility discussion. Drawings and a technical brief help us develop the mechanism in more detail.

What should we send for a feasibility review?

Share the venue and location, desired movement, project stage, target timeline, budget signal, and any available layouts, drawings or reference images.

Do you collaborate with architects, interior designers and specialist fabricators?

Yes. We define FABA Tech’s engineering and integration scope alongside the design intent and the responsibilities of other project partners.

Can FABA Tech fabricate, program and install the system?

Yes, when that scope is appropriate to the project. The proposal defines the mechanism, control, fabrication, programming, site integration, commissioning and operating-support responsibilities that apply.

What we need to assess your project

  • Buyer role, company, venue and location
  • Desired application and visitor experience
  • Current project stage and target timeline
  • Budget signal and available drawings or references
